Shaq CLAPS BACK At Animal Rights Activists Criticizing His Cameo In ‘Tiger King’

Shaquille O’Neal has found himself having to address critics after getting tangled up in the controversial discussion that’s surrounding Netflix’s Tiger King.

The documentary is centered around Joe Exotic, the owner of a tiger zoo in Oklahoma. The eccentric zoo owner has been accused of mistreating the animals in the zoo and allegedly plotting the murder of a rival zoo owner.

And ever since Shaq’s cameo in the documentary he’s been criticized by various animal rights activists who believed he shouldn’t have been associating with the zoo owner.

Shaq shut down critics on the latest episode of his podcast, saying:

“I was just a visitor. I met this guy. Not my friend. Don’t know him. Never had any business dealings with him, and I had no idea any of that stuff was going on, People that know me know that I’m righteous. I don’t harm tigers. I lover tigers. We found out that he’s involved with all the stuff, and then, actually, I stopped going.”
