New Details Emerge In The Case Of Sutton Tennyson, Angela Simmons Ex-fiancé

New details have emerged in the shooting death of Sutton Tennyson, the ex-fiance of Angela Simmons and the father of their son Sutton Tennyson Jr.

If you hadn’t heard, Sutton Tennyson was found dead in his driveway Saturday night, November 3rd.

The death was initially believed to be a result of a home invasion.  But new details have emerged that confirm the murder of Sutton Tennyson was not a result of a home invasion at all.  The Atlanta PD tell TMZ that the responded to a call of “shots fired” at Sutton’s home.  And officers found him lying dead in his garage with multiple gunshot wounds.

Cops say Sutton was talking in the driveway with another man when the conversation escalated and Sutton was shot multiple times.  The suspect then fled in a car.

So… it sounds like there were definitely witnesses to this murder that were able to provide the police a description of what happened.  Hopefully they were also able to identify the man that Sutton was arguing with in his driveway, or identify the license plate of the car that he fled in so that Sutton’s killer can be identified and charged with his murder.

My prayers go out to Angela Simmons, their son Sutton Jr, and the friends and family of Sutton.  The Bible says “The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”  So I just pray that God keeps them close and comforts their broken hearts.
