  • In Self Made, one of the most important things that everyone is missing is Madame CJ Walker started selling hair grower but her empire didn’t come from it. Madame CJ Walker was rich because of her true invention of the perm that straightened the black race kinky hair. When I was in school many years ago they told the true but knowing the higher up they probably stole the rights to her true invention. Her million dollar invention is the PERM which is not mention in the moves at all. They are saying it was hair grower (NOT) IT WAS THE PERM😉
