Keshia Knight Pulliam Quits The Celebrity Big Brother House To Breastfeed Her Daughter

Keshia Knight Pulliam must be richer than I thought she was.  I’ll have to look up her net worth, because clearly she is not pressed about the $250,000 cash prize for winning Celebrity Big Brother.

Keshia Knight Pulliam asked that the cast vote her off, so that she could go home and breast feed her daughter (who is over 1 years old) since her milk supply was decreasing while she was stuck in the Big Brother House.

I am in shock and awe.  Like, really?!  What did she think was going to happen to her milk supply while she was 1. away from her baby and 2. stressed out in a house full of strangers.

She should have known her milk supply was going to decrease and she should have had a Plan B for what to do when the inevitable happened.

In any case, I think Keshia Knight Pulliam is practicing baby lead weaning – where you let the baby decide when to stop breast feeding.  And that may be why her daughter is still on breast milk at over 1 year old.

I practice mommy led weaning, personally, and I decide when my kids get on formula, milk or baby food.  But that is my choice and this is hers.
